(Nasdaq: AZTA) today announced that it has rescheduled the release of its earnings for the second fiscal quarter of 2022 which ended on March 31, 2022 from Tuesday, May 3, 2022 to Monday, May 9, 2022 after the market closes. The change is due to a delay in completing the quarter-end closing process related to the sale of the Semiconductor Automation business, which closed on February 1, 2022.
Azenta currently expects second quarter revenue and non-GAAP EPS to be within the previously issued guidance range.
